Delivery:
•Price includes delivery and setup from Brigham City to Clearfield. Locations outside of that area will incur additional delivery fees. Please contact me for details.
Equipment:
• $50 Equipment Deposit due at time balance is paid (two weeks prior to event – see below)
• Equipment Deposit will be refunded upon return of ALL equipment in original condition
• Equipment is due back to me within three (3) days following the event
Payment:
• 50% deposit is required to reserve date (due to me within five (5) days of the date being put on my calendar)
• Balance is due two (2) weeks prior to event
• A 10% fee will be added to any rush orders (those without at least two (2) weeks notice)
